Michael Brandeburg's new Smooth Jazz CD release Midnight on MJBrandy Records features guest performances by Windham Hill recording star Ray Obiedo on electric guitar, Columbia Records and Mercury Records virtuoso Jackie King on classical guitar, and the great studio artist Norbert Stachel on Sax. The CD showcases seven of Michael's original tunes, plus interpretations of Henry Mancini's Two For The Road and Burt Bacharach's The Look of Love.

Featuring sexy Latin styles and romantic Smooth Jazz grooves, Midnight sets the mood. Whether dining by candlelight with friends, relaxing with a fine wine by the fireplace, or enjoying an intimate, sensual evening with your lover, Midnight is the perfect choice.

For years Michael Brandeburg has written tunes featured on many top San Francisco Bay Area artists' CDs, including Michael Bolivar's You Touch My Heart and In the City, and Cat Austin's Tempting Fate, for which he wrote the popular single Where Do We Go from Here. With his band Michael Brandeburg and Friends, Brandeburg performed on Debbie Voltura's Who's in the Way But Me, and Vanilla Ella, which was recorded live as part of Brandeburg's Coddingtown Jazz Series. Midnight is a beautiful example of Michael’s brilliant mastery of writing, performance, and production.
