Saxophonist Rob Scheps Solos with Oregon Symphony Feb. 6 -9 with Jeff Tyzik, Dee Daniels
Rob Scheps will play a number of jazz solos with the Oregon Symphony this week at Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall in downtown Portland, Oregon this week. Scheps will be featured on alto & tenor saxophones soloing on Basie & Ellington pieces conducted by trumpeter Jeff Tyzik. The 2nd half of the program features singer Dee Daniels in tribute to Billie Holiday, Sarah Vaughan and others. Concerts are as follows Sat. February 6 8pm Sunday Feb. 7 3 & 7 pm Monday Feb. 9 8 pm
