A SMALL TOWN “POINT OF INTEREST"

I grew up in the small town of Port Colborne, Ontario (located on the north shore of Lake Erie at the southern end of the Welland canal). Of course, growing up in a such a little town, my siblings, Jim, Gaelah and Rod and I found little things to amuse ourselves with - and this is one of them - a curiosity known locally as “The Incredible Shrinking Mill".
