When you first hear it in person you're looking around for the bass player until you realize Joe is doing it all! At first glance the alto guitar looks like a normal guitar but it's strings give it away. The top two strings are bass strings. The rest of the strings are a combination of normal guitar strings and banjo strings. His impressive talent and skill produces a sound that's all the more amazing when you see it is coming from one instrument. View video.
