Jazz Pianist George Kahn to Celebrate Release of 6th CD "Cover up" at Catalina Bar and Grill June 25th

"WEST COAST" JAZZ PIANIST, GEORGE KAHN TO CELEBRATE RELEASE Of 6TH CD, “COVER UP" WEDNESDAY,JUNE 25 AT THE CATALINA BAR & GRILL

“West Coast" Jazz Pianist, George Kahn, returns to the CATALINA BAR & GRILL with his quintet at 8 PM, Wednesday evening, June 25th. The evening celebrates the release of George's 6th CD, “COVER UP".

This new CD, produced by Brian Bromberg, is an inspired collection of notable contemporary music that George has created Jazz arrangements for, along with original compositions. Some of the selections include Pink Floyd's “Comfortably Numb" , John Mayer's “Waiting For The World To Change", plus a rollicking rendition of Bill Withers' “Use Me" featuring Courtney Lemmon on vocals.

Performing with George on “COVER UP" are a sensational lineup of players, including Larry Steen on Bass, Harry Kim on Trumpet, Clayton Cameron on drums and Andy Suzuki on Sax.

The Catalina Bar and Grill is located at 6725 Sunset Blvd. (Just east of Highland Avenue - parking on N. McCadden Place). Doors open at 7:00 PM
