An All Star Jazz Legends Band will play a concert for the IWW (Industrial Workers of the World) the First American Labor Union to allow membership to Women, Immigrants, and African-Americans.
It was also the IWW that brought the American worker the 8 hour day.
The Jazz Legends Group will be David “Fathead" Newman (sax/flute), Louis Hayes (drums), Steve Novosel (bass), Larry Willis (piano), with special guests Tommy Williams (trumpet), Warren Wolf (vibes).
