About the Rivercity Jazz Society
Non profit Society since 1986. Presents concert/dances on the 3rd Sunday of the month at the Redding Elks Lodge from 1-5 p.m. We feature bands from Northern California.
We also sponsor a Youth Concert Day at the Mt. Shasta Mall. Music students from Elementary through High School perform, free of charge to the public. This gives the students a chance to show their talent in front of a live audience. The concert will be held on March 1, 2008 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Redding Jazz Festival/Swing Dance will be held April 4-6, 2008 at the Redding Elks Lodge and Senior Center. For more information visit the Rivercity JAZZ Society website.
