Delivered with sultry grace by lead singer China Forbes, Hey Eugene!" is a twelve track sonic journey that travels the globe with uplifting songs of hope and beauty. The album shines throughout -- from the golden-era Hollywood melody of Everywhere" to the French cabaret of Ojala." Hey Eugene!" a fan favorite at concerts for years, finally makes its recording debut as the album's title track and first single. The song Hey Eugene!" was written by Forbes and is about a boy she met at a party who asked for her number and then never called.
