, Harold Bennett and Pamela Guidetti. He’s also the recipient of Jazz Performance Fellowships from the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts. As a jazz flutist, his style is immediately identifiable, marked by a unique approach to improvisation, using both traditional and non-traditional techniques and structures. He’s recorded extensively, most recently with bassist Lee Smith
Lee Smith
, has had his compositions published by the Hal Leonard organization, and also serves as a featured writer for Flute Talk and Jazz Player magazines.
