and his Multiverse Big Band in Rose Theater on February 9th. Sanabria is a leader in the Afro-Cuban, Brazilian and jazz fields as both a drummer and percussionist, and recognized as one of the most articulate musician- scholars of la tradición living today.

Sanabria's celebrity in Latin jazz is renowned, having shared the stage over the years with Dizzy Gillespie, Tito Puente, Paquito D'Rivera, Chico O'Farrill, and the Godfather of Afro-Cuban Jazz, Mario Bauzá. This South Bronx native and GRAMMY® award nominee will have audiences of all ages tapping their feet and moving to the beat.
