Warren Haynes - Mtn. Jam 2008
by Adam McCullough

Radio Woodstock and Warren Haynes have confirmed that Umphrey's McGee, The Grateful Dead's Bill Kreutzmann with Oteil Burbridge and Scott Murawski, Gomez,Gene Ween Band, Karl Denson's Tiny Universe, Marco Benevento Trio, Eric Krasno & Chapter 2 and Alberta Cross have joined the fifth annual Mountain Jam Music Festival's growing lineup. Mountain Jam will return to New York's Hunter Mountain Friday, May 29 through Sunday, May 31. Ticket and event information is available at www.mountainjam.com.

Originally conceived as a single-day celebration timed with Radio Woodstock's 25th anniversary, Mountain Jam has blossomed into a three-day, multi-stage event, featuring onsite camping, a full Awareness Village, and one of the Northeast's most pristine natural amphitheaters. Mountain Jam will also host outdoor late night performances on both Friday and Saturday nights. These starlit performances will complement the festival's already popular late night offerings in the enclosed Hunter Mountain Lodge.
