On the heals of the highly-acclaimed double CD set New Yor-Uba, Michele Rosewoman keeps the flame burning with a stretch of exciting performances! With Arturo O'Farrill and the Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra presenting: “Cuba" The Conversation Continued"

Commissioned for this project, Ms. Rosewoman performs her new work with the Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra along with other Cuban and American invited guest performers and composers including Rudresh Mahanthappa, Bobby Carcasses, Yasek Manzano, Alexis Bosch, Michel Herrera, Dafnis Prieto and more. This project was just presented at the Havana Jazz Festival and recorded in Havana at Abdala Studios. In this context, director Arturo O'Farrill seeks to showcase the best contemporary Cuban composers' works and their stateside counterparts.
