All About Jazz is making a greater commitment to supporting the New York jazz scene and community through our newly formed AAJ NYC street team of writers, photographers and videographers. We'll also expand live event coverage, interview local presenters and professionals, and profile venues.
Some of our current staff cover live performances and we publish two monthly columns ("Live From New York“ by Martin Longley and “New York Beat“ by Nick Catalano), but we'd like to ramp up coverage further still.
If you're a writer, photographer or videographer living in the New York metro area, you can join our team. If you'd like to cover shows at a specific venue or if you would like to cover a particular style of jazz, let us know and we'll work with you to arrange for credentials at the venues that interest you most.
