Jill Sobule and John Doe Sell Recording Studio Tickets to Help Fund Project

SOURCE: Published:
Jill Sobule was an early proponent of music 2.0. She was among the first to fan fund an album and has always used social media well. To help fund a new recording project, she's selling a limited number of tickets for fans to spend time in the studio as she and John Doe make a new album.

“Keeping with the idea of creating innovative ways to fund recording sessions of new music while involving fans in the creative process, Jill Sobule and John Doe are inviting 40 fans to buy tickets to both participate and observe an exclusive recording session with Grammy-award winning producer, engineer, and mixer Dave Way on Sunday April 11th in Los Angeles."

40 tickets ranging from $75 to $200 will be sold via Eventbrite.
