New York, NY--Jerry Costanzo will be performing with the Andy Farber Octet live at the Newburgh Jazz Series in Newburgh, New York on Thursday, August 5th at 6:30PM.

On the heels of his most recent successful CD release, Destination Moon, Jerry Costanzo is back in the studio putting the finishing touches on his upcoming CD release, to be announced. This performance will feature Jerry singing to a brass, reeds & rhythm ensemble that performs Andy Farber's arrangements as well as Jazz, Swing and American Popular Standards. Drawing from the best elements of the Swing Era, to the “Rat Pack" stylings of Frank, Dino, and Sammy. Plus a sneak preview of tunes from the new CD Can't We Be Friends.

“You've never heard a singer like Jerry Costanzo before. Not only is Jerry's voice the perfect accompaniment to the smooth, upbeat, and incredible sounds and musical craftsmanship of Andy Farber and his Swing Mavens, but this album is just completely supersaturated with Jerry's passion and personality. . . ." --Dan Costa, New Paltz College Radio
