A graduate of The University of Miami's Studio Music and Jazz Vocal program, she has won numerous awards over her years of singing. Among them the Southern Bell/P.A.C.E. Jazz Artist of the Year and Best Vocalist from Miami New Times, which said Wendy can shake the rafters or break your heart." Much sought after as a studio singer, Wendy has recorded with Christina Aguilera, Julio Iglesias, Enrique Iglesias, Jennifer Lopez, Shakira, James Brown and Chayanne among other notable artists. You can also hear her singing with the sensational four-part harmony Jazz group Mad Romance. Her most recent recording, Boy Meets Girl, is a collection of original material about life, love and family. She'll be singing some of those tunes and more backed up by a superb rhythm section of Jim Gasior, piano, Jamie Ousley, bass and Carlomagno Araya on drums.
