John De Naro is the Priest-in-Charge. This presentation's concept developed by actor/producer Bishop Catherine Roskam and Jeannine Otis performer and director of music at St. Marks Church, use the blues as a musical guide to revisit the events leading up to and including the crucifixion and features a distinguished group of performers/ including, Stanley Banks, bassist with George Benson, Jimi Ponzi, guitar, Bernice Brooks drummer, Stanton Davis, trumpet, Tex Allen, trumpet, Larry Marshall most recently of the Color Purple, Brockton Pierce as Jesus, James Solomon Benn, writer/activist Nell Gibson and a number of other distinguished performers.
