GARY LUCAS & GODS AND MONSTERS NEW ALBUM 'COMING CLEAN' RELEASED SEPTEMBER 4TH IN THE UK THROUGH SIDE SALAD/UNIVERSAL
Just back from successful dates in Russia, guitaristextraordinaire/ Grammy-nominated songwriter GARY LUCAS announces a new album with his longtime band GODS AND MONSTERS (Ernie Brooks, Billy Ficca, Jonathan Kane, Jason Candler and Joe Hendel). The new album features special guests David Johansen, Elli Medeiros, Richard Barone, and Michael Schoen.
Mixed by Jerry Harrison and Harold Burgon, it will be released in the UK Sept. 4th through Side Salad/Universal (home of hot indie UK band The Noisettes), and is in the process of being licensed in other Territories worldwide.
The group is scheduled to go into the studio soon to begin work on the follow-up, with JERRY HARRISON producing.
