A terminal point for the previous four albums, his musical compass points in all directions of the globe, with the arrangements both charted and improvised. For this release, genres & styles like: ambient, downtempo, electronica, techno, trance, et al. are incorporated into his unique fusion of jazz, rock, and world music to navigate through exotic domains, and explore new sonic topographies.

Xenosonic Journeys includes six two-part suites, with most of the album featuring compositions with two bass guitars playing simultaneously, in various configurations, and is available in the compact disc format as a limited edition of 240 numbered Digipaks.

About Gino Foti

His music explores the relationships between diverse musical traditions, and the dichotomy of rhythm and melody of the bass guitar, by integrating ethnic sonorities into his jazz-rock palette. If you are an avid listener of jazz fusion, world music, or related hybrids like: world jazz, world beat, and ethnic fusion - even new age - you will probably connect with the music in his catalog.

About Net Dot Music, Inc.

Net Dot Music is an indie record label specializing in instrumental fusion - all-instrumental music that blends several styles and genres. Their artist roster also includes:

Appearing on his ten releases are an arsenal of established jazz musicians, including: John Swana, Chico Huff, Steve Giordano, Jim Ridl, and Grammy® winner fusion legend Barry Miles.

Dave Kulju - Drawing from numerous influences across the musical spectrum, and a fertile imagination, his style of progressive rock/fusion is a colorful blend of textures, moods, and tones. A multi-instrumentalist, his releases feature an orchestral sound centered around the electric guitar.

Chris Rossi - Crossover jazz keyboardist, who has recently released his debut album, that fuses elements of jazz, blues, R&B, and funk into groove-based compositions featuring retro/vintage keyboards & atmospheric soundscapes over loop/sample-based rhythm section arrangements.

Electrum - Progressive fusion power trio whose music emphasizes rhythmic ensemble interplay, complex arrangements - usually in Classical forms - and a thorough exploration of odd time signatures. Both their releases have been Out Of Print in the compact disc format for years.
