The Dekel Bor trio is one one of the most prominent and visible groups of the New-York jazz scene. At a time where forward-looking,dedicated working jazz bands are rare, the Dekel Bor Trio is pushing the envelope of modern jazz. In the past 4 years the group has toured across the US to critical acclaim performing at top festivals, clubs and colleges during which they have drawn the attention of Robert Sadin (Herbie Hancock, Wynton Marsalis, Gilberto Gil), known for his celebrated work with Wayne Shorter. Mr. Sadin went on to produce the group's first album - EMUNA". The Dekel Bor Trio will be releasing it's recording debut EMUNA" in Dec. '05.
The group is now preparing for a US and european CD release tour in the spring of 2007.
In 2007 the trio will collaborate with such jazz masters as Tom Harrell, Kenny Wheeler and Fred Hersch among many others.
