LOS ANGELES, CA - LA and Canadian rock veteran Betty Moon has digitally released her new song “Time To Move On” through online retailers. The track is the 2nd single from her 2014 new album Amourphous, which is currently available. A music video for the song was shot last week and will be released in mid-September.

Time To Move On On is a very personal song and the lyrics are something I hold close to my heart. The song is about the changes we all go through in life and focuses on those moments where we need to walk the other way and move along. As many know Amourphous is a progressive album and this new single shows a different side of the moon.” —Betty Moon

Moon describes her latest music as a new musical direction that she hopes to explore further, saying, “though dark and moody, it’s perhaps my happiest record to date.” Moon produced Time To Move On and the album Amourphous, bringing in some of the industry’s most recognized musicians and engineers to make truly world-class recordings.

Now residing in Los Angeles, Toronto-born Betty Moon emerged onto the Canadian music scene in 1991 with her self-titled debut on A&M Records. The album featured the singles, “One Kiss," “I Get High," and “Tranquility,” all of which enjoyed regular rotation on national radio. With the subsequent releases of “Stir,” “Doll Machine,” “The Demon Flowers,” and “Rollin’ Revolution,” Moon has established herself as an international recording artist, guitarist, and pianist with a devout following.

Betty Moon’s Time To Move On is available on iTunes and Spotify.
