“Although there are hundreds of fine sax players who live and play in the NYC area, there are just a few that blow me away each & every time I hear them play. I've caught him with Michael Bisio, Bobby Few and (just last week) with Adam Lane, as well as with his own trios and each set has been special. ' This disc is not just some free/jazz blow-out. It is a collection of spirited, memorable songs that you will not forget any time soon. And each of Avram's solos tug at the heart, soul and minds of those who, listen closely and let themselves be carried away. Both bassist Eric Revis and drummer Chad Taylor are perfect band-mates for this mighty trio. I am still humming those wonderful themes and will do so long into the good night." —Bruce Lee Gallanter, Downtown Music Gallery
