Entertainment will include the ever popular Viva the band with their “continental" presentations of music from such diverse cultures as French, Spanish, Hungarian, Russian, Brazilian, Gypsy Jazz, Zydeco, Latin, Salsa and typical American swing, jazz and cabaret show tunes. Viva the band is very popular at Jazz festivals and community events, they are very appropriate for cultural events with their blending of continental music and American jazz and swing music, presented with musette accordion, bass, guitar, congas, percussion and two delightful vocalists who harmonize French and Spanish songs.

Viva the duo of accordion, bass and guitar are often called to perform at cultural events, they are also popular for wedding ceremonies providing a romantic “French" ambiance and as an economical alternative to a formal string quartet.

Viva the band will be appearing at Kellet place at 12.30pm and at the Crest Stage at 2pm. more information about the Viva bands can be found at www.aband.info
