ArtistShare is very pleased to announce the latest fan-funded project by singer Yeahwon Shin. In this exciting new project, Yeahwon will be unfolding her musical world for listeners by fusing jazz and Brazilian music--one of those experiences include her past collaborations with legendary Brazilian artist Egberto Gismonti who had the following to say about her, “I really appreciated the delicacy and phraseology in her singing...I invited her to perform together during the night concert at the Incheon Jazz Festival. It was a beautiful experience where friendship and music were very much present! I enjoyed very much what we did and I hope we can repeat and record that experience."

Yeahwon has a special radiance in her sound that will captivate fans throughout their involvement in the making of this record. Moreover, her graceful voice blended with her unique arrangements, will bring new life to Brazilian standards. Participants in this fan-funded project will have the opportunity to be invited to sing, as part of the choir, on the recording of the song Na Baixa do Sapateiro (Bahia) at Avatar Studios in New York. Another means by which participants will gain an inside look at the creative process is with an invitation to one of Yeahwon's recording sessions, to watch the recording come to life.

Other great ways participating fans will be rewarded for their help include a prominent credit listing on the new CD, and the ability to suggest a name for the album title.

Participants will have the opportunity to witness amazing collaborations with musicians such as Jeff Ballard, Ben Street, Kevin Hays, Valtinho Anastacio, and Alon Yavnai, among others. Additionally, as a bit of a bonus, participating fans will be rewarded with VIP access to Yeahwon's performances for one year.
